I purchased a property on July 30, 2026. Lauren Somers and Steven Croy represented the seller in the transaction. After closing, we discovered problems related to a septic system and drainage/flooding issues on the property that, according to the Seller’s Disclosure, did not exist and were not disclosed before closing. This has caused us concerns, expenses, and many physical and emotional difficulties. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication after these problems arose. We have tried to contact them to discuss the situation, obtain clarification, and seek a reasonable solution before taking other measures. However, when we contacted Lauren, she told me that we had nothing to discuss with her and that the seller had already made his position clear, that he would not be responsible for anything. We understand that agents represent the seller, but we also believe that professionalism includes addressing legitimate concerns that arise after a transaction. Our intention has always been to resolve this matter directly and amicably. Unfortunately, they have completely refused to meet with us. I am sharing my experience so that future buyers conduct a thorough investigation of the sellers this company represents, request all necessary inspections, and carefully document any misleading information, as this is how they conduct business.

Justin was great to work with during my recent home search. He got lots of homes that fit my criteria for me to view despite a quick timeline. After the sale, he's been incredibly helpful lining up trustworthy vendors to complete everything on my to do list. I definitely will use Justin in the future, if I have real estate needs. Where do I even start , from day one Steve and his team treated me like family and word tirelessly to get me my first property. Communication, commitment and just genuine kindness I will never use another realty team in the Jax area. 5 stars are not enough !!
